菜谱小贴士:
鸡块先腌制20分钟让其入味,再炒至鸡肉收干水分,鸡肉烧出来口感才好吃。
蔬菜要分先后放入,土豆最先放,再是胡萝卜,洋葱丝最后再放,这样烧出来的菜色泽才明艳。
