Customer Service Experience;

Pay attention to the details;

Well organized;

Passional and positive towards seniors;

Will to learn something new;

Phone and Email Communication;

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products;

2. Greeting Customers

3. Customer Appointment Arrangement and following up;

4. Updating the electronic filing system;

5. Social media promotions;

6. Attendance marketing events both online and in person;

7. Simple Hearing Aids check up and arrangement of the warranty;

8 Other duties may assigned
