Job responsibilities and functions as a CoCo Baristas include but not limited to the following:
-Working in a fast paced and social environment that delivers a world class guest experience.
) ?8 w0 O5 X+ x6 k4 Z- c* L8 @-Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the CoCo brand.
$ q$ L4 C! e/ u) @# k# [' t5 P; W. y-Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
/ _$ t9 u; Z, _0 i+ [+ l+ h-Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
6 u* O( W- A3 @-Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
-Provides quality beverages consistently to customers by adhering to all recipes and presentation standards as set forth by
Coco's standards.
-Follow the health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.

-No previous experience required.
0 f- }8 |# p4 l- d: b% Z% B-Ability to speak fluent Chinese & English.

-Ability to learn quickly
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Physical Requirements:
-Constant standing/walking
-Assists with a variety of bar-related functions as needed
6 R# D9 l2 [3 a! E0 I-Constant computer/POS Register and bar equipment usage
-Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine
-Constant reaching, turning, and performing precision work around bar area
* F4 O/ F; B" T" }-Constant receiving detailed information through oral communication
-Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances
- a! E* Q* [! L0 D% p-Occasional bending, lifting, pushing and restocking inventory and supplies.
