have a two-bedroom apartment and I'm looking for a female roommate to rent one of the bedrooms. The lease was signed from this Sep to next Sep. Rent is $360 (cover water and heat) per month plus other utilities if you'll stay and pay the rent till the end of the lease; otherwise the rent is $400 (cover water and heat) per month plus other utilities and you're not responsible for subletting the room if you can't stay till next Sep.

It's a large size apartment with separate kitchen, bathroom and living room. Laundry in the building. Parking space available.The size of the rooms are relatively bigger than surrounding apartment buildings. Located in downtown area, all buses 总站 to McMaster University, so you'll always have seat, and it's 20 minutes ride. Many grocery stores and markets nearby, including a fruit and vegetable market, 3 drug stores, a food store, and a pizza and subway store. Post Office and TD bank are also within 100 meters. Chinese supermarket is also within walking distance. Go Center buses going to McMaster and Toronto is within 200 meters. Jackson Square within 10 minutes walk. Buses going to Upper James (Limridge mall, Walmart, Metro, ...) within two minutes walk. This is very convenient location!
