RESPONSIBILITIES:

' H9 D8 L1 T3 r5 h& s4 M! f& L: M4 M• Achieve all outlined sales goals and business objectives
• Complete all required training within specified timelines
- j( Z* ~: V# E1 `• Responsible for achieving all key business objectives including sales, revenue and client experience
% q, A/ o8 r" g: X0 {• Follow policies around operations, loss prevention and health and safety
• Offer outstanding customer service
  Z& @9 k1 e" b* [/ O7 w0 x7 y• Follow operational guidelines to ensure store is meeting all compliance standards
1 Y7 r  j/ l9 a4 A. ~% a* s• Complete all assigned tasks delegated by Management

, j, m7 J  x1 V1 R8 S( m0 i& ]5 _" x• Passion for the telecommunications industry; keen interest in mobile devices and upcoming technology
• Professional, fun, and have great communication skills
• Organized and quick thinking
• Ability to problem solve
• Positive and enthusiastic
• Motivated to provide exceptional customer service
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not mandatory

• Willing to learn and interested in continuous training and development
$ m: T; x& X  N• Open, available, and flexible to work a variety of shifts/hours (evenings and weekends based on business needs)
• Follow the Dress Guidelines for every shift and ensure the brand is appropriately represented at all times

• Be available to attend classroom training on an ongoing basis as required
