POSITION OVERVIEW

Royal Stone Gallery is currently seeking dynamic and qualified individual for the role of Account manager to provide reliable, timely, and efficient support our client located Burlington Ontario.

The Role:

·Responsible for switchboard/incoming calls

·Provides administrative support as required

·Responsible for incoming mail disbursement

·Responsible for outgoing mail/couriers

·Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook

·Organizational skills to clarify priorities

·Interpersonal skills to present professional courteous manner in all dealings both externally and internally

·Other duties as required

·Must be very bilingual (English and Mandarin)

Hours of work:

% z0 [6 E4 O' Q& Z7 B  t+ WWeekday 9am-6pm

Occasionally Saturday 10-5pm
