周边交通：近 upjames， nofrills， walmat, shopperdrugmart, canadiantire 买东西, 近 TD RBC ban 银行k, 近 madarin, spring sushi 等大小饭店，。garth 和 west 5th 公交车也很方便，直达mohawk college，st josoph 山上医院，15min直达downtown
房子状况：因孩子工作空出两间卧室，现首次出租给：生活作息时间规律的单身正职或学生，室内干净整洁，全套家具，有3个厅公用，携包即住。因为原来是女儿的房间和家具，女生优先。有洗衣机和干衣机。
室外前后院也精心打理，有室外屋前3个车位，街上随便停车。

There is only one bed room available for your HOME .
Male tenant is preferred.
You will live in the full furnished third bed room with a big window facing west. center HVAC system keep your room cool in the summer and hot in the winter. You will live a nice, quiet and mature community, share the spacious and comfortable house with the landlord, a senior professional in the master bedroom, a yong male professional in the second bedroom.
only 7 minutes walk in west or east direction could reach the bus stop of 35 line.
If you drive, there will be no limitation to your life: supermarkets, shopping malls, library, banks, restaurants, i.e. mandarin, spring sushi, are all in minutes' range.

make an appointment after 5:30pm and have a look your beautiful home/room.
