% T; l! O, S6 ^3 ^/ DThe Medical Secretary shall act as the focal point of communication for themedical team, with confidentiality being the key issue at all times. TheMedical Secretary will be responsible for providing a consistently highstandard of secretarial and administrative support to the medical staff,interact with other departments, patients, G.P.’s and specialists. Otherresponsibilities will include providing assistance in the organization of theoverall workload, ensure the effective use of resources to assist in the smoothrunning of the clinic.

Experience and Abilities:

·      Maintainspatient privacy and confidentiality

·      Accountability,Dependability, Professionalism, and Flexibility.

·      Preferredknowledge and experience in the use of EMR system

·      Knowledgeand proficiency in the use of MS Office programs and computers

·      Detailoriented and excellent organizational skills

·      Dressesprofessionally and Punctual

·      Performin an environment which requires multi-tasking, excellent patient-customerservice while managing the day to day administrative activities.

·      ExcellentTelephone skills

·      Stronginterpersonal and communication ( bother verbal and written) skills in English

·      Strongwork ethic, positive, patient focused attitude; demonstrated commitment toproviding outstanding customer service skills

·      Preferredsuccessful completion of a Medical Office Administration diploma or certificate
