- v' w9 j) o, V1 h6 L8 G3 T• Achieve all outlined sales goals and business objectives
/ n3 L0 t/ j' H9 [. C• Complete all required training within specified timelines
• Responsible for achieving all key business objectives including sales, revenue and client experience
• Follow policies around operations, loss prevention and health and safety
• Offer outstanding customer service
  a( x! T' Z6 T( R+ O7 G' E! K3 g• Follow operational guidelines to ensure store is meeting all compliance standards
• Complete all assigned tasks delegated by Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

4 t2 \) F, Z0 A' P  \$ H# t3 ^; O" v5 B• Passion for the telecommunications industry; keen interest in mobile devices and upcoming technology

• Ability to problem solve
• Positive and enthusiastic
. _: I! O: F+ ^( T! m• Motivated to provide exceptional customer service
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not mandatory
5 [7 |8 r$ p7 t. w+ x; v1 t* b- ]• Be motivated to work in a dynamic and fast-paced Team environment
• Willing to learn and interested in continuous training and development
• Open, available, and flexible to work a variety of shifts/hours (evenings and weekends based on business needs)
& p0 q2 o9 {' U2 j" G" _5 y• Follow the Dress Guidelines for every shift and ensure the brand is appropriately represented at all times
• Pass a criminal background check and credit check as a requirement of employment
