Build products using ASP/C#.Net, MS SQL, and integrate them with Document Management system built using Hummingbird DM. The developer will need to work with our clients and mentor/coach junior developers including coop students.

Tasks to be performed include:
, W3 T0 H4 c( F3 T- x2 s/ h-- Gather and analyze business requirements for the development of functional and system design specifications.
0 [3 u- T& z- Q; _* g-- Design methods and services
1 l% a" e( p" }: k-- Prototype and build user interfaces
7 C- T+ G' w# {: `8 @2 X-- Create and modify code and software.
3 t: n, r3 D% J4 u+ d-- Create and modify screens and reports.
-- Unit test software
-- Develop database objects
-- Plan and develop data migration scripts
& m' J! `9 z' z/ e0 F9 h-- Develop including Architecture documentation
-- Assist in data cleanup efforts of legacy data
6 F+ k+ B# H1 E" P5 A-- Develop systems integration and backwards compatibility of affected systems
6 i; m8 \' M+ k2 z+ h2 P-- Decommission and archive old system
) ]7 ~. z5 D3 O4 q. }* w( `-- Produce technical documentation, manuals, programs, data files, and procedures for application.

/ a. B- N1 U/ bMandatory Qualities:
-- At least 2 years of experience on ASP.NET.
-- At least 2 years of experience on C#.
7 E) U9 h/ o4 s! G2 m-- At least 2 years of experience on MS SQL Server.
. X+ P# Y1 C* a, U* n-- Good analytical skill on business rules and coding logic.
; z: u/ g' [: H" n1 S, y-- Good communication skill.
-- Good technical documentation skill.

$ L8 P( o8 G6 O4 `The following qualities are also good to have:
-- Experience in Hummingbird Document Management
: W( c8 v. E* z3 e-- Experience in FoxPro
3 H' g7 N9 Y- x/ ?' u- g-- Experience in deploying and decommissioning software systems
