China refutes rumors of passport suspension

(ECNS) -- The distorted report by some media that China has stopped issuing passports and cut off a corner of the "green card" to prevent holders from leaving the country is an attempt to discredit its policy on exit and entry, said a spokesperson for China's National Immigration Administration.
