Senior CPC official meets U.S. author Robert Kuhn

BEIJING, Dec. 20 -- Liu Yunshan, a senior official of the Communist Party of China (CPC), met here Sunday with Robert Kuhn, a U.S. author of a series of books about China.

Liu, who is in charge of CPC's publicity department, briefed Kuhn on China's stance and measures on climate change and its latest economic policies, inviting Kuhn to continuously focus on China's development.

Kuhn, whose latest How China's Leaders Think has been published in Chinese, pledged to make further contribution to the communication between China and the rest of the world.
